Löwengrube is an innovative mix between a restaurant and a brewery in the style and tradition of the most typical Bavarian Bierstube.

The Löwengrube idea dates back to 2003, when Pietro and Monica decided to export the tradition of Bavarian breweries to Limite sull’Arno, near Florence. In 2005, the first Löwengrube opened its doors. After more than 10 years of research and innovation, the project was expanded thanks to the Franchising formula and all the passion and credo of the company was capitalised in two different formats: the traditional Munich restaurant-brewery and the Lowen Wagen, a fully equipped wagon offering the taste of Bavarian street food.

Since 2005, the offer of the restaurant-brewery has constantly grown: the first Kinder area was created - an area conceived and built according to the Montessori method - then came the Biergarten, an open-air area perfect for summer use, and a rich calendar of events with the Oktoberfest as its highlight.

Apart from the opportunity of launching an establishment that is bound to be successful, the Löwengrube Master will also get a chance to expand his business area by means of the new business model of the Löwen Wagen, the new frontier of street food, where the variety of gourmet hot dogs with artisanal traditional beef and turkey sausages meets bretzels and the most delicious appetizers.
