TWO FORMATS

After more than 10 years of research and innovation, the project was expanded thanks to the Franchising formula and all the passion and credo of the company was capitalised in two different formats: the traditional Bavarian restaurant-brewery and the Löwen Wagen, a fully-equipped wagon offering the taste of Munich’s street food.

 

LÖWENGRUBE, THE RESTAURANT-BREWERY

Since 2005, the service offer of the restaurant-brewery has grown consistently: the first Löwen-Kinder was created - an area conceived and built according to the Montessori educational method - then came the Biergarten - an open-air area perfect for summer use - and a rich calendar of events with the Oktoberfest as its highlight.

 

LÖWEN WAGEN, INNOVATIVE STREET FOOD

Apart from the opportunity of launching an establishment that is bound to be successful, the Löwengrube Master will also get the chance to expand his business by means of the new Löwen Wagen business model, the new frontier of street food, where the range of gourmet hot dogs, with artisan traditional beef and turkey sausages, meets brezels and the most delicious appetisers. This innovative “wagon of taste” offers a simple menu that is easy to manage yet has a revolutionary and unique appeal in the street food market.

LÖWENGRUBE: A CORNER OF BAVARIA IN YOUR TOWN

In 2005, at Limite sull'Arno - a small town on the outskirts of Florence - the first Löwengrube restaurant-brewery opened, inspired by the authentic Bavarian Bierstube.
An idea that immediately showed its worth.

Today, the Löwengrube name is synonymous with Bavarian breweries in Italy. Over the years, it has always developed new ideas, like the Löwen Wagen, an original wagon that serves authentic Bavarian street food.

 

A MENU OFFERING QUALITY

The Löwengrube menu is rich and varied. Every dish is a delight, made with superior quality ingredients, and the generous portions will more than satisfy. Recipes and preparation methods are subject to meticulous and constant research, with the aim of optimising and standardising ingredients and production processes.

TRAINING AND SERVICES

To guarantee a high level of service, the Löwengrube brand guarantees franchisees a series of processes and methodologies: operating software and manuals, management systems, computerised and centralised administrative and commercial systems. Löwengrube ensures constant support to every franchisee: from pre-opening analysis and training to update and refresher courses. The Löwengrube Academy handles personnel training, offering over 100 hours of tuition, balancing the theory with the practical.

 

DID YOU KNOW

Löwengrube takes its name from the street in Munich where, in 1383, at number 17, the Zum Löwen inn could be found, and where the first beer was produced.
